Users should independently verify property ownership, documents, permissions, pricing, measurements, legal status, and other relevant information before entering into a transaction.

When you upload photographs, descriptions, property details, profile information, or other material to OSTATE, you remain responsible for that content and for having the necessary rights to submit it.

You grant OSTATE permission to host, store, display, and process submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform.
